Baking has been a passion of mine for years. I've spent a lot of time experimenting, improving, and perfecting my recipes, and sharing them with family, friends, and colleagues. Their encouragement has given me the confidence to finally take the step of turning this into a business and bringing my baking to the public.
My brand is called Glaze Bakery. We run on a rotating menu, so the offerings change each week. The main focus is on large gourmet cookies, but I also create desserts like sweet pies, cinnamon rolls, cheesecakes, and brownies- always with unique flavor combinations designed to stand out and keep people coming back. |
