Spinning/Weaving

Fiona came to spinning, weaving and lace-knitting with an arts influence. She has exhibited on Waiheke in a members’ Show and recently at Art Centre Helensville.
Her repertoire includes felting, applique, embroidery, garment construction, costumier for theatre, weaving, resist dyeing as well as immersive dyeing.
Pieces have sold to private collections and a commission is underway.
She is preparing for a future exhibition at Lopdell House.
