I am a keen observer of the natural world around us, including flora and fauna often overlooked at first glance. During dog walks along the beaches of South Head, Kaipara Harbour I noticed a diversity of beachcast seaweeds. I have explored displaying and sharing the beautiful forms of seaweed and other natural objects using cyanotypes, an eco-friendly art print method from the 19th century. First shown in 2022, I am excited to return in 2023 to offer a new selection of prints at the Makers Market.
